MR VIBRATING SCREENS AND SEPARATORS

MR circular screen separator segregates solids from liquids or dry material into various particle sizes ranging from 51 mm to 0,033 mm (400 mesh).

Easy to install, can separate particles in 1 to 5 sizes with up to 4 screen decks incorporated in one Vibrowest separator. Standard model range in diameter size from 440 mm to 1.800 mm.

The sieve mesh itself is easily and quickly removable so that its aperture size can be changed according to the powder or liquid being processed. Vibrowest separators use mesh that is securely bonded with adhesive to a frame, which gives a really highe tension in the mesh. Having a consistent and high tension level gives better throughputs and reduces blinding or blocking of the sieve apertures. Another recent development is the use of FDA-approved adhesive to bond the sieve mesh to the frame.

Screens can also be equipped with various cleaning system as: balls, kleeners, starbrush, CIP and the innovative ultrasonic cleaning system.

The vibration develop in the horizontal and in the vertical plane and can be settled in both directions. Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights positioned on fly wheels assembled on the upper and lower ends of the motion generator shaft.

Upper fly wheel displacement creates the vibration in the horizontal plane, which moves the material from the center to the peripheral perimeter of the screen. Lower fly wheel displacement acts causing the vibration in the vertical as well as tangential plane.

Shifting the counterweights on the fly wheel is rapid and tool free. Allows to modify the vibration and find the best way to sieve a product. It follows an high screening efficiency both with liquid and solid products.

The separator can be built on customer request with carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel AISI 316.

On request: ATEX certification, FDA IQ-OQ procedure, GMP.All product contact areas can be polished in accordance with Sanitary Standard.

MR model can be modified and adapted to the customer requirements.
